Tuesday Conference
‘Tuesday Conference’ is a conference for Priests and Religious Sister’s which takes place on the first Tuesday of every month via zoom. It’s beginnings was inspired by the ‘Conférences des mardi’ which began during the time of St Vincent de Paul in the 1600’s.
Conférences des mardi, or, Tuesday Conference, was an association of clergy who met on Tuesday afternoons with the aim of formation. For a very long period, the Tuesday Conference was chaired by St Vincent de Paul, hence overtime the ‘Tuesday Conference’ became very closely associated with him.
