Dealing with Sin in the Church

Author: Divine UK 24 Dec 2020
Jesus is talking to his disciples about how they should try to understand each other and if one brother feels hurt by another person, then he/she should talk to the other and apologise because that’s not how they should continue. God wants us to have healthy relationships with everyone. Jesus tells us in Mark 12:31 “‘You shall love your neighbour as yourself.’ There is no other commandment greater than these.”
Even if difficult things happen to you or others, Jesus wants us to stay together because Jesus says, “For where two or three are gathered in my name, there am I among them”. Jesus knows that the best way the disciples could teach others what he has taught them is if they stay together and work together for the glory of God.
